All required standard chemicals and labor are included in this package price. Water chemistry is maintained in accordance with a national association of pool & spa professionals.
Our service price starts at $85.00/mo. for an average 30x15' pool without spa that is screened in. This price is subject to change based on other specifications.
The routine chemistry tests are the FREE chlorine residual, PH balance, acid demand, total alkalinety, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, nitrate and phosphate levels.
Close inspection of structural and mechanical items of your pool system will be observed on each visit and if preventative maintainance repairs beyond the scope of regular maintainance are needed he will bring this information to your attention.
STABILIZER (Cyanuric acid) will be ADDED to your pool at the first visit. The service will be repeated every six (6) months after the first visit. The STABILIZER (Cyanuric acid) is NOT included in the service price; it will invoice separately.
Severe inclement weather, other acts of nature or vandalism that cause an excessive accumulation of dirty and required extra labor and materials are not considered normal circumstances. Additional customer biliings may result in the course of performing this additional work.
Pool acid wash Service
Acid washing removes a thin layer of your plaster, marcite, or Pebble-Tec to reveal a fresh surface. This removes algae, mineral, chlorine and even dirt stains from the bottom and sides of your pool. If your pool was poorly maintained in the past or has had stagnant water which turned into an algae bloom, algae and phosphates can become embedded in your pool’s finish, making it nearly impossible to get rid of. Acid washing your pool removes any algae or phosphates that are not otherwise removed with chemicals. When finished, the acid washing process gives your pool a clean, fresh new finish, and clear sparkling water.
